Job Description
Seeking enumerators for qualitative data collection through focus group discussion, in-depth
interviews, and scheduled questionnaires. These positions are for the Comprehensive District
Agriculture Plan (CDAP) project for the State of Mizoram. This research aims to produce a
thorough and actionable plan for the agricultural sector in Mizoram. Specifically, the study seeks
to develop detailed district-level agricultural plans to contribute to the overall State Agriculture
Plan. These plans are intended to provide a roadmap for agricultural development that reflects
the unique challenges and opportunities in each district.
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Primary data collection through field visits and in-depth interviews with beneficiaries and
communities through HH surveys, focus group discussions (FDGs), and key informants
interviews (KII).
2. In-depth interviews with farmers and value chain actors
3. Visiting Jhum sites to collect information on crops.
4. Verification of the data
5. Reporting and documentation of data
